About Purvaja
I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Kelkar college. I’ve been practising meditation and positive psychology lifestyles from past 3 years. Meditation is a basic need in for surviving in today’s world and this made me teach mediation to students who are start from to manage themselves so that when they enter in real world, it’ll be nit easy for them to manage it effectively.

My teaching method is very simple yet effective. I prefer to go slow but I make sure it settles in students long term memory. I teach by giving daily life examples so that it’ll help them to apply immediately. It can boost their confidence and make them more productive.
