Proficient in HTML, CSS, G-Suite applications, digital marketing strategies, and basic infographics designing tools. Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with adult learning theories, principles, and frameworks such as ADDIE, Quality Matters Rubrics, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
Experience working with the AODA: Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and WCAG: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Agile and Scrum Project Management working experience.
