• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I teach Mathematics, English , and General Studies with a strong focus on building concepts rather than rote learning. My interest in these subjects started during my school years when I realized that understanding the "why" behind a concept makes learning both easier and more enjoyable.
  
  Over time, this curiosity grew into a passion for solving problems and helping others overcome their fear of difficult topics. Today, I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and making learning interactive, logical, and exam-oriented.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My biggest motivation comes from the satisfaction of seeing a student gain confidence after understanding a concept they once found difficult. Throughout my academic journey, I was inspired by teachers who made learning simple and encouraged students to think independently.
  
  Their teaching style motivated me to become an educator who not only helps students score better but also develops their confidence, analytical thinking, and love for learning.

• How does your work help society?

  Education has the power to transform lives, and I believe every student deserves guidance that helps them reach their full potential. Through teaching, I help students build strong academic foundations, improve their problem-solving abilities, and develop confidence that extends beyond examinations.
  
  When students become knowledgeable and confident individuals, they contribute positively to their families, communities, and society as a whole.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  One of my biggest inspirations is Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. His humility, dedication to education, and belief that teachers shape the future of a nation deeply inspire me.
  
  I admire how he explained complex ideas in a simple way and always encouraged young minds to dream big while staying disciplined and hardworking. I try to bring the same clarity, patience, and encouragement into my own teaching.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I enjoy reading books on science, history, and current affairs, solving logical and mathematical puzzles, and continuously learning new concepts to improve my teaching methods.
  
  I also like creating study notes, exploring educational technology, and keeping myself updated with the latest exam patterns and teaching strategies so I can provide the best learning experience to my students.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One experience that always stays with me is teaching a student who believed they were "weak in Mathematics." Instead of rushing through the syllabus, we focused on strengthening the basics and practiced consistently with small, achievable goals.
  
  Within a few months, the student not only improved their marks significantly but also started solving challenging questions independently. The biggest achievement wasn't just the improved score, it was seeing their confidence grow. Experiences like these remind me that with the right guidance, patience, and consistent effort, every student can succeed.
