About Anadee
I am a second-grade teacher with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for 16 years, the past 7 of which have been in second grade. I have focused my professional growth for the last 8 years on improving literacy skills for students who struggle with traditional whole class teaching. I also love working with students with learning disabilities; I have taught inclusion 14 of my 16 years in the classroom, and now couldn’t imagine not touching their lives.

I love to make learning and especially learning to read fun! I prepare engaging lessons using lots of repetition, movement and singing! These strategies have helped me increase reading fluency 50% each year in my classroom and tutoring students also.
