About Jason
I have two higher education degrees (A BM and MM). Both degrees required ample writing, including a 30-page annotated Master's thesis. I not only successfully wrote my own paper with minimal outside edits, but also proofread and edited my classmates' papers. Additionally, I have provided proofreading services to an author friend on multiple occasions.

I am skilled in understanding the English language as well as knowing how to use it to effectively get your point across to the reader.
In my lessons, the student would ideally bring their rough draft and I would provide edits and suggestions. I would be happy to meet multiple times to workshop ideas and continue to refine the essay. Additionally, I would be happy for my student to simply send me a copy of their essay. If this is the case, I could write edits and send the copy back. I would be available via email for any clarifications.
While I specialize in music, I am more than qualified to comment on the grammar, syntax, etc. of a paper, if not the subject matter.
I am comfortable proofreading college short answers/essays, undergraduate/graduate papers, cover letters, or rough drafts of libretti, scripts, or novels.
