Crossfit athlete and experienced sportsman (marathons, Spartan race, Crossfit competitions, cold therapy...) and currently studying, Movement & Sport Sciences.
The practice of sport and what surrounds it has always been omnipresent in my life and I document myself regularly in order to increase my knowledge on the subject.
