About Tarun
Tarun Bhargava emerged as a program, product and people leader through his journey of 25 years in the IT industry. More than a decade ago, he realized that his purpose of life is to contribute to the education reforms and making students and youths ready for industry and life in India. Since then, he has been working on discovering himself and uncovering the pathway.
His biggest strength or USP is two folds - firstly, the right exposure of industry and careers, combined with his passion towards education reforms and enablement of students and youths (something that is grossly missing in our education system). Secondly, all of his solutions are common sensical, hands-on and purpose driven.
He presently serves as a career coach (helping students and youths scientifically find the right career that is aligned to their personality, interests and aptitude), Leadership and Career readiness coach, and Effective Communication coach.
He has worked with over 300 students and youths (people up to the age of 25), and aspires to touch the lives of a million young souls.
As part of his self discovery journey of the last decade or so, he has become part of several organizations and networks. Some of these include Early Childhood association, Project Management Institute, Toastmasters International, Art of Living, and business networking platforms

My philosophy is that we dont focus too much on the theory, instead we work on the application of the concept. We would start with understanding the concept and then it's application and utility. This will not only help student remove the fear or lack of interest, it will also make the student take ownership of the subject
