I teach using the necessary materials and also considering the weaknesses of my students and building on it to make it their strengths with enough examples, classwork and tests which improves their knowledge and understanding of the subjects intended. I also consider freedom to ask questions and give contributions do as to increase my students' confidence in the intended subjects.
