About OLEN
I have had long experience, and deep background, teaching a variety of topics within the field of Biology. My students have included undergraduates, graduate students, postdoctorals, and senior scientists from various universities, both foreign and domestic. I have taught in many foreign countries, including England, Scotland, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Spain, Hungary, Israel, Pakistan, China, Japan, South Korea.

My teaching method is based on customization of teaching materials to fit each individual student
A typical lesson plan would include:

- Summary and recap of what should be emphasized in today's session
