About Casey
Besides drawing for most of my life (just because it's fun) I have a bachelor's degree in visual arts which included training in design, illustration, and color theory. In addition, I trained in traditional drawing techniques at the Barnestone School of Arts.

I teach my classes as individual or small group lessons wherein I teach a technique (understanding 1 point and 2 point perspective, gesture drawing, chiaroscuro, etc) then allow the students to practice said technique with either a still life example or some real world item or place that the student and I identify as a suitable subject on which to practice that technique.
