About Rosie
I have been practicing yoga since childhood and teaching professionally since 2005. In addition to extensive knowledge of asana, breathwork, and meditation, I study yoga scripture and philosophy and practice in alignment with the Eight Limbs of Yoga. I offer modules within various teacher trainings and have developed my own programs in yoga, philosophy, prenatal yoga, and the yoga of sound. My approach also incorporates practices to balance the chakras and harmonize the nadis, supporting a clear, balanced, and vibrant energetic field.

Each lesson is thoughtfully tailored to meet students where they are in their yoga practice, supporting comfortable and steady progression. New students will build a strong foundation with a practical understanding of physical alignment and breath awareness. More experienced students will explore advanced asana, refined alignment, and intelligent sequencing, while deepening their practice of pranayama and meditation and cultivating awareness of the subtle body.
