About Jason
As a former college writing instructor, I am well-versed in the fundamentals of the writing process and comfortable working with a variety of students. During my time as a collegiate instructor, I had the opportunity to work as a mentor and professional tutor for students with disabilities and learning differences, empowering students of every skill level to excel academically. With a background in English, philosophy, religion, and gender studies, I am comfortable with a range of theories and can not only assist students with grammar and proofreading but also provide insight on many subjects in the humanities.

With a background in English, philosophy, and religious studies, I'm well acquainted with a variety of subjects and types of writing. One of my strengths as a tutor is in my ability to help students understand and complete assignments efficiently without over-complication. When providing writing assistance, I not only help students with grammar and syntax but will also offer insight on the content, structure, and overall quality of the essay without intruding on the integrity of the student's work. My skills are proofreading, editing, grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking. I aim to be exceedingly thorough in every lesson to not only help students complete assignments but also develop their writing skills.
