About Brian
Brian is an editor based in Los Angeles. He runs a boutique production company called Forge and Discover, which is focused on helping creatives bring their stories to life. As an editor, Brian has had a lot of success crafting a variety of different projects, from feature-length films to viral marketing videos, and everything in between. He's been editing films since an early age, and has carried that passion for filmmaking with him from childhood until now. Though the technology may have changed, his enthusiasm has not.

As a professional film and video editor, I offer one-on-one lessons tailored to your needs, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your editing skills.
My lessons cover everything from storytelling and pacing to technical workflow and software mastery. With over 15 years of industry experience, I provide hands-on guidance and custom training materials to help you succeed.
A typical lesson will begin with discussing what your needs are and what you want to be able to do successfully after we are done.
From there I'll build a custom lesson that is designed to teach you what you need to know. We'll even work with the footage you have so that the lesson is tailored personally to your exact needs.
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I do this ALL THE TIME. I am one of the trainers on Film Editing Pro, a prominent film and video editing series of courses. I've been honing my training skills for years creating tutorials, lessons, and courses.
