About Owen
My name is Owen and pleased to meet you. I am a repair technician on servers and have experience troubleshooting many different IT issues. I am certified in CompTIA's A+ certification, as well as studied the entirety of the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) course material and CompTIA's Network+ material. I took three classes for the CCNA certification and got A+s on all of them.

Teaching seniors about different technologies including but not limited to using laptops, phones, smartwatches and desktops for email, Excel, Word, AI, cybersecurity, phishing, banking, Zoom, FaceTime, groceries, virtual doctor visits, finding nursing aides, and finding jobs.
Teaching method would be with PowerPoints and one-on-one personable assistance.
With my IT proficiency I can assist seniors use the technology they may need to know how to use and what they want to use. Twenty-two million Americans age 65 and older do not have broadband/internet at home!
