About Leona
I am a Spanish tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 760 students. My passion is helping learners become confident Spanish speakers while developing practical communication skills that support academic, professional, and personal growth.
Over the years, I have worked with students preparing for examinations, international opportunities, travel experiences, workplace communication, and conversational fluency. This experience enables me to design effective learning pathways for a wide variety of objectives.
I believe language learning should be enjoyable, meaningful, and practical. Students make the greatest progress when they actively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and practice consistently. My lessons are designed to create these opportunities while building confidence and independence.

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students achieve fluency and confidence through practical communication, grammar development, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, reading skills, and writing proficiency.
