About Miguel
I am a bubbly, enthusiastic and positive individual that found passion in teaching! I am 25 years old and I've spent the last 5 traveling and living around the world while teaching Spanish.
I've lived in Spain, Poland, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand, and I must admit that NZ is the country where I've spent the most time... Because I may want to settle down here. You guys have such an amazing country!
On my free time I run, boulder, meet my friends and study! I'm pursuing a second degree in Maths and Economics, I know, pretty unrelated, but I just love learning!

Hi there :)
It's Miguel! I'm a 25 yo Spaniard that currently lives and works in Wellington. I hold a Master's degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and I currently work in an academy in Te Aro.
Lessons with me are fun and dynamic, and students speak an average of 38 minutes an hour on their lesson! Which is pretty decent ;). How do I know this? Because I've spent 4 years teaching Spanish on an online platform that measured it! How cool isn't it?
Besides my online practice I've been around a year living and teaching Spanish in the capital city, and I must admit that I always end up cooking tortillas de patatas and pan con tomate for my students!
Whether you struggle to speak or find sense to what you are learning (besides being bullied by a digital green bird) in Duolingo, I am definitely a good choice for you.
