As a private tutor, my approach is to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students understand the material/lesson but to also guide and motivate them to become independent learners.
I believe in building a rapport with my students. I take the time to get to know each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. I also ask questions about their interests and hobbies to help personalize the learning experience. This helps me tailor my teaching methods to their individual needs.
