About Sophie
I am an enthusiastic Singing tutor with 20 years of teaching experience dedicated to helping students develop their talents and confidence. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals, providing personalized lessons that support both musical and personal growth.
My teaching approach is centered on understanding each student's needs and designing lessons that help them achieve their goals. I focus on building strong technical skills while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
My classes cover vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch accuracy, rhythm development, voice projection, diction, tone improvement, and stage presence. Through interactive learning activities and performance-based practice, students gain practical experience and confidence.
Besides Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, Performance Skills, and Music Appreciation. These related subjects help students strengthen their musical knowledge and become more confident performers. I also provide guidance on vocal health and effective practice techniques.
My mission is to inspire students to enjoy music and believe in their abilities. Through dedication, patience, and expert guidance, I help learners achieve lasting success and develop a lifelong passion for Singing.

My Singing teaching methodology combines flexibility, creativity, understanding, and strong time management to create an interactive and effective learning experience. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process.
I begin by understanding each student’s goals, musical preferences, and current abilities. This allows me to create customized lesson plans that encourage consistent improvement and engagement.
Creativity is central to my approach. I use vocal exercises, song interpretation, listening practice, and performance activities to make lessons dynamic and enjoyable. Students are encouraged to participate actively and experiment with their voice.
My lessons focus on breath support, pitch control, rhythm accuracy, articulation, vocal tone, emotional expression, and stage confidence. Students learn how to apply these skills in real singing situations.
Understanding and encouragement help create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and improve step by step.
Time management ensures that lessons remain structured and productive. Each session includes warm-ups, technical practice, song work, and performance feedback.
Alongside Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Wellness, Sight Singing, and Music Appreciation. My goal is to help students become confident and expressive musicians.
