About Mandie
When it comes to music, you name it, I have done it at some point. From my beginnings as a marching band kid in high school, to learning song writing, sound, and recording from resident artists in college, to singing opera around the world. I have an undergraduate degree in contemporary music (pop, rock, country), a post Bach in Vocal Pedagogy (the study of teaching singing), and a Masters in traditional Vocal Performance. I have been teaching for five years. I teach at a local studio and online:)

I am, what I like to call, and adaptable teacher. While I do have a lesson or a “challenge” that I teach to every student weekly, I don’t believe every student learns the same. Therefore, I pay attention to how people learn and form their individual lesson around them.
