About James

I am a Professional rugby player who has had 7 years of gym experience. I’ve learnt from top strength and conditioning coaches which has enabled me to gain a broad variation of conditioning plans and methods to produce different results. I have a massive passion for all sports and exercise, and love helping develop others become the best version of themselves.

About the lesson

I approach my teaching with a massive amount of enthusiasm and excitement. I’m very much wanting to motivate and work along side you to achieve your goals. I listen to my clients to understand how they work and then implement that into how we communicate to get the most of out of it.
