I based my instruction on assessing and attending to the vital needs of the person in the learning setting with regard to the requirements of the curriculum. Proper assessment of the problems and bottlenecks that inhibit progress results in proper solutions being applied and rapid progress and success for the student. Assessment is ongoing and may be formal or informal. My teaching methods are both didactic and heuristic with a particular emphasis on addressing the the real needs of the student in a pleasant respectful setting.
