About Jack
I am an experienced computer programming tutor with more than 6 years of teaching students at school and college levels. I have successfully supported around 200 students in strengthening their programming skills and academic performance. My teaching approach is practical, patient, and student-focused. My teaching approach in computer programming is structured yet adaptable. I first assess the student’s understanding and learning pace, then create a lesson plan that suits their academic or career goals. Programming concepts are taught using real-world examples and practical coding sessions.
In Java, I focus on OOP concepts, data structures, collections, exception handling, multithreading, JDBC, and basic software development practices. I integrate SQL and C programming to strengthen problem-solving and logical skills. Each lesson includes practice exercises, assignments, and revision.
I promote a positive and respectful learning environment. With diplomacy and patience, I help students overcome difficulties while holding them accountable for consistent progress. My aim is to help students perform well in exams, complete assignments efficiently, and prepare for technical job interviews.
