About Esmae
I am a Pilates (both mat & reformer) and Yoga instructor who is offering one-on-one support to benefit personal postural refinement, strength training, body awareness, and mental clarity. I bring a wealth of anatomical, injury related and movement knowledge with both yoga and pilates moment backgrounds and numerous testimonials of my beneficial classes.

I can tailor and personalise a program suited to your body restrictions, lifestyle and your personal goals beginning with a full body assessment of your strength, ROM and everyday movements. I am qualified in Pilates mat, reformer yoga and have completed a bachelor of health science (Osteopathy) and am currently studying my Masters in Osteopathy.
