About Kiyana
I am a piano tutor with 5 years of experience, and I hold a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition with a piano emphasis. Alongside teaching, I work as a composer and performer, which deeply shapes my approach to music. I believe that music is a lifelong journey—one that grows and evolves with you. My lessons focus on helping students develop unique improvisational skills and spontaneous composition abilities. Whether you are a beginner just starting out or an advanced musician seeking to expand your creativity, I tailor my teaching to meet your individual needs. I emphasise both technical skill and artistic expression, encouraging students to explore their own musical voices. Improvisation and composition are at the heart of what I teach, giving students tools to create music that feels personal and authentic.
