About Hasaanah

Hello! My name is Hasaanah, and I am a dedicated Foundation Phase tutor with a **Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Education**. I am also currently completing my **BEd in Foundation Phase**, which keeps my teaching methods current and research-based. I specialize in tutoring **Grades 1–3**, helping young learners build strong foundations in **literacy, numeracy, and general classroom skills**.

My approach is **patient, supportive, and interactive**, focusing on each child’s individual pace and learning style. I create lessons that are structured yet engaging, combining clear explanations, practical exercises, and creative activities to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I am proficient in **English** and can teach in either English or another language if needed, depending on the student’s preference.

Students can expect lessons that are **encouraging, confidence-building, and tailored to their unique needs**. My goal is to not only help learners succeed academically but also to foster a **love for learning** that lasts beyond the classroom. I am committed to professionalism, clear communication, and creating a safe, positive environment where every student can thrive

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is **learner-centred, patient, and interactive**, designed to help young learners gain confidence while mastering foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and general classroom concepts. I specialise in **Grades 1–3 (Foundation Phase)** and adapt lessons to each child’s individual pace, learning style, and needs. Lessons are **structured but fun**, combining clear explanations, practical exercises, and creative activities to make learning engaging and effective. I am proficient in **English and [insert other language if applicable]**, and can teach in either language depending on the student’s preference. Students can expect a typical lesson to include a warm introduction, focused skill-building activities, regular feedback, and positive reinforcement to build both knowledge and confidence. My teaching is guided by my **Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Education** and ongoing **BEd Foundation Phase studies**, ensuring methods are current, research-based, and tailored specifically to young learners.
