About George
My career has focused on excelling in computing and business. From the start, I have been eager to learn as much as possible. Transitioning to teaching has allowed me to continue learning while helping students succeed in this field. Thirty years in finance and computing have provided me with practical knowledge to teach students effectively. This experience is complemented by multiple courses and advanced education, ensuring students receive the necessary learning for success. My tutoring aims to help students become their best selves.

My teaching journey began with coaching youth football and supporting student development. This led to online tutoring for experience in delivering courses. I then worked in schools and completed my PGCE, focusing on dialogic teaching. I am now seeking a full-time role as a teacher and tutor in computing and business studies. My teaching combines practical knowledge, life experience, and higher education learning, refined by my PGCE in teaching pedagogy. These pillars offer my students a solid foundation for success.

All sessions are pre-paid and non-refundable.
One off lesson is charged at £40 per hour with no free lessons. The session will be agreed up front as to the topic being taught.
Multiple lesson packs include a free lesson to provide assessment of teaching that is required to meet the students’ objectives.
Structured lesson plans are delivered to provide a learning pathway with a final assessment demonstrate student knowledge attainment.
