About Ethan
My career in engineering serves as my credibility on the subject matter. But a student needs a better connection and interaction to sometimes grasp the information. Over the years I’ve also served as a lifeguard teaching swim classes, I’ve served as a coach teaching MMA. I’ve spent years as a college RA and all of these positions have taught me how to interact with different people and how to find the right way to connect with them. You can rest assured that no matter what you’re struggling with, we’ll find the right way to teach YOU what you need to know. Learning should be fun, gaining these skills is rewarding, and it’s my job to make sure it stays that way for you.

Ideal students: late middle school, high school, and early college individuals will get the most from this tutoring. Lessons will follow a three-part structure: 1. Focus on background information, any ideas and/or concepts that are needed to build a strong foundation in the lesson 2. Guided explanation for pre-solved problems, working through the steps and offering the what and whys 3. Assisting the student in solving the problems on their own, employing and executing the lesson to reinforce the takeaways. Optional homework can be provided. Additional questions can be fielded and answered as we progress.
