About Sıla

Hi! I am a professional with over 10 years' experience in the industry and I have been teaching for over 5 years now. I was classically trained, I then studied sound technologies to be able to work as a producer so my range is quite wide! I had students with various types of needs (some wanted help for portfolios to get accepted to music schools, some wanted to become music producers and some were just pursuing hobbies) and I am a capable & flexible mentor that tailors the class around your needs. I am absolutely enthusiastic about music, and I still keep learning new things (just got my master's degree in music programming!) and I love teaching newcomers and making music accessible.

About the lesson

My 1-1 classes are tailored around the needs of the student, and I am quite flexible with subjects whether it is classical music theory, sight-reading, composition or anything related to sound technologies-- from DAWs such as Ableton Live and Max/MSP to music production and sound design/synthesis.
