About Suchona
I am a board registered therapist and have been studying for 6 years and working for the past three years. I use evidence-based methods to teach my clients how to manage their everyday life stressors to big challenging events. I believe everyone can learn how to make their world a better place - with a little bit of guidance for those who think that they are lost (trust me, you are not).
I have one masters degree from the UK and one from Australia. I’m all for #nerdlife and a big #suckerforpsych !!

I love a combination of structure as well as flexibility. When it comes to psychology, it’s foolish if we don’t reflect and be curious about our minds and events in our lives. My teaching methodology will include understanding us and dig deeper in to the tiny brain of ours :)
