About Chelsea
I am dedicated to helping people grow. Whether that's through self discovery on the yoga mat, or via Zoom learning to write an essay for English class. I am a single mother, and have been an entrepreneur since 2008. My background is in yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. Before that I was a TV news reporter and I got my degree in Broadcast Journalism and English from Boston University. I love helping people!

I make learning a fun adventure--just like life (if you look at it right!)
We will meet in a non-judgemental space and ground our nervous systems first for optimal learning. Using breathwork and guided visualizations, I can help you gain self-regulation tools that will help you far beyond the scope of your academic career.
Then, with clear minds, we can dive into the learning. I move at your pace and let you determine the goals we will aim for. My specialty is also guiding young people in their life goals so I would be happy to weave that into our time together if you so desire.
My professional experience as a TV news reporter, newspaper reporter, anchor, yoga teacher, retreat leader, marketing specialist, freelance writer, and mother will be infused into every lesson I teach.
