About Grant
I am a professional musician of 6 years, and have been teaching the last 4 years. Since 2016, I have held a studio of up to 10 recurring students. Students of mine have gotten into top ensembles in their school's music programs, and have received top marks at Solo competitions.

While I mainly teach Jazz and Social music, my versatile teaching style allows me to teach all genres of music. I usually use a large amount of aural training with a mix of music theory to achieve the best results with my students. I firmly believe if music is consumed aurally, it should be taught (at least partially) that way as well.
