My lessons will help you learn more about how the body works; muscles, ligaments, bones etc. also you will learn about what typeof training to do whether you want to improve fitness or improve muscle mass. Lastly you will learn more on nutrition which is one of the most important thing. The type of nutrients you take depends on how well you build muscle, lose weight or improve fitness.
