My name is Tamer i am football player i playfootball over 20years !i had many injuries many that led to lot of experience with my body that got me the knowledge to read my body! how to listen to my body and above all how to use my body
and i am here to pass on my experience and most of all THE FUN!

My mantra about workout is bodyweight! there was no weights back then and no need them now, ill be teaching you guys to master your body by only using your body ! lesson can take 30 to 45 minutes and its for those people out there are sick of gym! people who have back problems people who prefer to use only their bodyweight to remain healthy active and build a solid basics !
