About Etta
With more than 7 years of teaching experience, I enjoy helping students discover their musical potential through flute lessons. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to learn music for education, hobbies, or professional growth. My classes are friendly, organized, and focused on achieving lasting results.
My teaching approach combines patience, communication, motivation, creativity, and personalized learning. I believe every student has unique abilities, so I adapt my teaching methods to ensure comfortable and effective learning. My lessons balance technical practice with enjoyable musical activities.
Besides flute, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, breath control, beginner keyboard, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance skills. These related subjects help students become complete musicians with strong theoretical and practical knowledge.
I focus on developing tone quality, finger coordination, breathing, posture, rhythm, and expressive playing. I also encourage independent learning through effective practice techniques and regular progress reviews. My aim is to help students build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong passion for music while enjoying every step of their learning journey.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students become confident flute players through structured learning and continuous encouragement. Communication, Accountability, and Integrity shape every lesson and create an environment where students enjoy learning at their own pace.
Students first develop breathing control, posture, embouchure, finger movement, and tone production. As they improve, lessons expand to include scales, rhythm exercises, note reading, articulation, dynamics, musical phrasing, and performance preparation. Regular feedback helps students recognize their strengths and areas for improvement.
Communication allows students to understand techniques through simple explanations and practical demonstrations. Accountability encourages students to practice consistently, set personal goals, and take responsibility for their progress. Integrity ensures that every lesson is delivered with honesty, patience, fairness, and professionalism.
Besides flute, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Staff Notation, Sight Reading, Rhythm Development, Breath Control, Instrument Care, Music Appreciation, Performance Skills, and Practice Strategies. These supporting subjects provide students with a complete musical education.
My objective is to help students build confidence, strengthen their musical abilities, and enjoy learning throughout their musical journey.
