About Beth

Beth is a professional vocalist and singing teacher based in East London, with extensive experience teaching students of all ages and abilities. She trained at one of the UK’s leading drama schools, gaining a three-year Diploma in Musical Theatre, and has over seven years of professional experience working across the musical theatre and music industries.

Beth has over ten years’ experience teaching both private students and at respected children’s theatre schools, achieving excellent results. She has coached students through A-Level performances, Musical Theatre and Contemporary Singing exams, drama school auditions, West End and professional industry auditions, as well as school and conservatoire applications.

Beth has also performed as a vocalist across the UK and Overseas including as a backing singer at an annual celebration in Portugal, a soloist with Backyard Cinema's production of Romeo & Juliet and in the Royal Choral Society at the Royal Albert Hall.

About the lesson

Her teaching approach is holistic and supportive, focusing on the mind-body connection, vocal freedom, and strong storytelling through song. Beth creates a warm, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident, encouraged, and free to explore their voice while developing solid technique and performance skills.

With current industry knowledge, Beth tailors lessons to each student’s goals—whether that’s building confidence, improving technique, expanding repertoire, preparing for auditions, or working towards graded exams. She teaches Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock, Indie, Folk and more.

Beth supports students with pitch training, harmonies, basic piano accompaniment, improvisation, and music theory, including working from sheet music.

Beth is passionate about helping singers grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment, and looks forward to welcoming new students.
