I am dedicated to enhancing language proficiency and fostering success in diverse learners. My name is Lanre Aladeselu. I am a permanent resident of Canada with over 2 years’ experience in teaching IELTS. At my previous position as an IELTS Instructor with Lit3racy education, I developed and delivered tailored ESL (English as a Second Language) Course that catered to individual student needs. I pride myself on my ability to assess student progress and adapt my teaching strategies accordingly through test-taking strategies, time management, and comprehensive skills development in reading, writing, listening, and speaking aligns closely with the responsibilities of this role. I am particularly drawn to superproof’s commitment to quality instruction and its mission to empower students in their academic and professional pursuit. I share this passion for promoting cultural understanding and lifelong learning, and eager to contribute to an institution that values excellence in language education. Creating engaging lesson plans and educational materials is one of my strengths, as I believe that fostering interest in the English Language is vital to student success.
