About Michael Jay
Hi, I’m Michael Jay De Guzman, a passionate dancer who enjoys sharing my love of dance with others. I believe dance is not only about learning steps, but also about confidence, self-expression, and having fun. I want to help students develop their technique, musicality, coordination, and performance skills in a positive and encouraging environment. I’m patient and approachable, and I adapt my teaching to suit each student’s experience and personal goals. Whether you are completely new to dance or looking to improve your existing skills, I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, engaging, and rewarding.

My dance lessons are fun, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual goals and ability. I focus on building confidence, improving technique, musicality, coordination, and performance skills while making sure students enjoy the learning process. I break movements and choreography down into simple, easy-to-follow steps and adapt my teaching pace depending on the student’s experience. I encourage students to express themselves and develop their own style while creating a positive and comfortable environment. Lessons are typically around 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners, intermediate dancers, and anyone looking to improve their skills, learn choreography, or gain more confidence in dance.
