About Lee

I'm a caring, innovative individual and self-starter as a self-employed business since 2003. I'm a ACSTH International Coaching Federation Approved Professional Coach. I've worked as a Learning Mentor and have NOCN Level 2 & 3 Certificate. Coaching is different though also aims to help the individual through facilitation. I'm a Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner for the Chester Enterprise Agency, Linked In Best Business winner and Community Focus Award winner in Cheshire, Warrington & Ellesmere Port 2007. I've Volunteered at Imani Community Centre helping vulnerable young people develop. I have over 12 years continuing work in Education. I have explored places of the world such as 6 weeks travelling around Thailand, 5 weeks in China practising Tai Chi in the Wudang Mountains. Most importantly at the age of 45 I have lots of life experiences. I have had to overcome many adversities in life like many people and always see a positive in situations.

About the lesson

Broad-minded Coaching is a professional coaching service that focuses on development and wellness. Broad-minded coaching is based on a holistic style that uses the transformational model for you to work towards your own inspirational goal. It's very much about using a whole person intuitive approach that's future focused with plenty of reflection and exploration. The coaching process helps you to become truly aware of who you are, understand yourself more, and what you really want to do. Through a thought-provoking and creative process the coaching helps you to unlock barriers, as well as self-limiting beliefs so you can achieve and sustain your full potential and be the person you want to be. The coaching sessions will also place a great focus on nourishing your wellness with techniques, tools and exercises to help with your mindset, your energy levels and your overall emotional balance. Finally I feel a coach with an open mind allows for the client to feel comfortable. Safe in the knowledge that the coach is adaptable and won’t judge you. The coach will accept you for who you are, which is important when working with someone regarding your future, in order for you to open up and develop as a person. Perfect! Wow.

What an eye-opening experience. I felt understood, and the conversations flowed nicely into one another with exercises in between and moments to contemplate my life and future prospects.

I am struggling with figuring out what I want to do and have some sort of purpose but Lee helps tremendously. You cannot go wrong with having a free session to at least see what he's like.

Can't wait for my next session with him and hope you give him a shot.

Details

£60 for an hour - The 1st session will be 120 minutes with 60 minutes included free of charge. Coaching Sessions are ideally once a month for around 1-2 hours though can be more frequent. I will also provide some laser coaching where required and within reason to help support and guide.
