About Zacharoula
Hi, I am Zacharoula and I am a professional coach and vocational trainer. I have completed my Certificate in Coaching - AC accredited at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, getting the Certificate in Coaching – AC Accredited (Association for Coaches UK), and I am now in the process of receiving my certification in adult vocational training from Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA). I offer sessions in life coaching, executive coaching, mentoring and vocational training. Outside of coaching, I have a passion for music and apart from studying piano for 10 years, I also acquired a music theory diploma (harmony), from Greek Conservatory in Athens. I have had a rather unconventional journey to life coaching. After studying Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, I spent a number of years working as a structural engineer in many of Cyprus’s biggest companies, managing various significant projects. I then spent over 25 years of working as a business executive and human resource manager, where I ensured the smooth operation of a business employing over 100 individuals. My primary aim was always the prioritization of staff well-being, in conjunction with the demands of the company: I encouraged the positive working relationships between staff and fostered a safe working environment, as such contributing to the development of the company. After spending such a big portion of my life working in corporate environments, I realized that in order to gain true fulfillment, we need to do things that feed our souls. I am tired of our soulless pursuit for monetary success and want to help people to gain true fulfillment in their lives. It is possible to succeed in your career while still nourishing your soul. For the past two years, I have been working with my mentor constantly sharpening my skills and I am committed to helping you develop both professionally and personally. Embarking on this journey of working as a coach, mentor and vocational trainer, I feel that I managed to find the golden medium between scientific and artistic study. This led to a development in the areas which I personally value the most: humanity and Truth-seeking. Characteristics which describe me are authenticity, honesty and perseverance. During my sessions, I commit to my clients with respect and genuine interest. My motto: You cannot change the beginning but you can change the end!
