About Sanjay
Being a law student I would make sure there will be proper code of conduct in the classes. Further being an experienced player and a mentor of few years it will be possible for me to have a healthy and professional relationship with students. Also being a player who has been registered FIDE and AICF there will be enough transparency and accountability. Further all other things can be dealt with in a smooth manner.
