About Dr Sunita
I am a Bioinformatics researcher and educator with a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and several years of experience in teaching, research, and data analysis. My work has involved genomics, transcriptomics, microbiome analysis, machine learning applications in biology, qPCR data analysis, and high-performance computing (HPC).
Over the years, I have mentored undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students, helping them understand complex biological concepts through practical, hands-on learning. I believe that bioinformatics is best learned by working with real datasets, coding exercises, and research-based examples rather than theory alone.
My goal is to make bioinformatics, R programming, Linux, Python, and biological data analysis simple, engaging, and accessible for every learner. Whether you are preparing for university examinations, working on a research project, or looking to build a career in bioinformatics, I will guide you step by step according to your learning needs.
