About Coach Earnie
I love the game of basketball! Basketball has allowed me to travel the world as a young adult and as a coach. I learned many things from my collegiate and professional career like confidence, communication skills, teamwork, resiliency, resourcefulness, leadership, and so many more traits.
I have played basketball at a high level my whole career since I was 16. I played AAU and was named a McDonald's All-American (top 24 seniors in high school). I had more than 30 colleges offering full scholarships. I played 8 years internationally. Such a great experience.
I have also battled with injuries, been cut from teams, and lost many game. I know what it really means to play this game at a high level and also have fun recreationally.
I can and will get you to the level mentally and physically where you want to be. Let's get to work!

About the lesson

With all of my students I start with making sure their foundation of skills for their current level is solid.
Then I help the athlete understand what their strengths & challenges are and we develop strengths deeper and add confidence around challenges.
I am able to teach and connect with many different personality types and I can teach at faster pace or a slower more detailed pace for the student.
Students will also learn how to watch film on themselves and on opponents.
