My Approach as a Hybrid Athlete
My name is Coach R. I am a State-Certified Performance Coach (French National Degree) and a multidisciplinary Hybrid Athlete. I don't just coach; I live the discipline across multiple sports every day. My expertise is built on the mastery of Cali, Weight Training, and high-level Combat Sports (Vietnamese Martial Arts, English Boxing, and French Savate).
Who I Train
As an athlete who competes and trains daily, I specialize in physical and mental preparation for:
• Field Athletes: Football and Basketball players looking for explosive power and agility.
• Runners: Technical coaching for both long-distance endurance and short-distance sprinting.
• Fitness Enthusiasts: Those seeking bodyweight mastery (Cali) or traditional Weight Training for maintenance and strength.
The Training Methodology
I focus on "Efficiency over Power." My sessions are structured to build a bulletproof midline and functional mobility. We will use specific drills, including deep sand training, to maximize stability.
1. Prep & Prime: Joint mobility and core activation.
2. Strength & Skill: Targeted Weight Training or Cali mastery (Rope climbs, etc.).
3. The Main Event: High-intensity conditioning tailored to your specific sport or goal.
4. Core Stability: Focused finishers to keep your midline tight under fatigue.
