My students know I believe in them, am patient, compassionate, gentle, & empathetic, & will boost their confidence to great heights. I maintain their frustration level at an optimal point for learning. Highly passionate & optimistic, I motivate them to bridge & master any skill gaps to current grade level and beyond! I encourage students to anticipate and sustain enthusiasm throughout each session. Each student's conceptual and computational skills thrive! I work with students below, at, or above grade level, using award-winning online apps to evaluate & address learning gaps, go further, and maintain proficiency!
