About Megan
I was always afraid to do Pilates because of the things I had heard about it. I got a membership to a studio and instantly loved the results I was getting. It made it all worth it and I got my certification to teach right away so that I could help others get the long-awaited results I had been trying to get at the gym but couldn't. Pilates changed my life and I know it can change yours!

About the lesson

First lesson is a consultation about where are you and where you'd like to be. We'll go over preferred types of exercises and goals. We'll create a personalized fitness program to accomplish those goals.
Then we'll do classes as often as you'd like, I can have music set to the workout and tempo of the exercises or not. Up to you. I'll help you get a proper technique so you get the most you can out of these work outs.
You'll notice results within your first 5 classes!
