About Joanne
I am currently a professional photographer. I have a bilingual English educational background (full english middle school class, baccalauréat economy with English as speciality, bachelor degree in foreign languages specializing in translation and a master degree in international management).
During my career, I had the opportunity to both help students in difficulty and also to be helped when I did not understand things. With this double vision of tutoring, I know what the students can feel.
From an economic and social background, I help students in all subjects from primary to middle school. I also help students in high school except in scientific subjects, philosophy and history-geography.

In my approach, I go at the student's pace by taking the time to know him/her first but also to know his/her current level and his/her needs. We will first establish a picture of the situation and the goals.
Then I will try to demystify the subjects in which the student is facing difficulties and why not teach him/her a methodology to overcome his/her homework.
