About Cedric

I'm a caring and committed coach who wants to help people grow through judo. I’ve worked with all levels and ages, from beginners to competitive athletes, and I always adapt to the person in front of me. I take the time to understand what each student needs. Whether it’s building confidence, getting fitter, or learning something new. Judo has shaped my life, and I try to pass that on in a way that’s clear, supportive, and grounded. I am currently teaching in schools and at my club in Ealing.

About the lesson

My judo lessons are built on the core values of respect, discipline, and perseverance. Each session is tailored to the student’s goals. Whether it's building confidence, improving fitness, or preparing for competition. Alongside technique, students develop focus, resilience, and body control, learning how to fall safely and move efficiently. Skills that serve well beyond the mat. Judo prepares both body and mind for the challenges of life at every stage.

Perfect! My 12-year-old son already trains in kickboxing, Muay Thai and attends a school judo club, but he wanted to take his judo to the next level with more personalised coaching. We couldn't be happier that we found Cedric - he tailors the lessons to his ability, helping him refine his technique, build confidence and really understand the finer details of judo. My son is learning so much and genuinely looks forward to every session. Also Cedric is very punctual and easy to communicate with. Thank you very much, both me and my husband highly recommend Cedric!
