Hi! I’m Josie Hardin, an ex athlete turned entertainment industry professional. I deeply miss everything Hammer/Shot Put/ Discus and I’m ready to train the next generation of athletes. I’ve trained with the best coaches in the nation, thrown with olympians, and gained an invaluable knowledge of throws.
