I have been in primary school education for 30+ years. Many have been in management but the best days have always been the days spent with the children. Reading, interacting, exploring, coaching and learning have brought the most exciting results.

I base my teaching style on life skills and situations. Collaboration, negotiation, creativity and accountability are use to keep every child excited about learning. We all have something to offer and the children are great teachers of each other. Teacher talk time is kept to a minimum and children engaged and active is the ideal.
