About Louisa

I am Louisa and work as a Senior GIS Consultant in London. I learnt about GIS from my first year at Bristol University and now that I am applying GIS to my everyday job, I wanted to feedback the knowledge I now have to those who are in my position when I first started out.

I work predominantly on ArcPro and ArcMap softwares, with knowledge in Survey 123, Mobile GIS, WebGIS and QGIS.

About the lesson

I've been tutoring GIS for over four years from GCSE to Degree Level, for Secondary school students to Mature students, and I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals on a case-by-case need. Each student and their queries are so unique that I teach dependent on what you already know and how I can help expand your knowledge in that area. I can teach GIS to you generally or for a specific assignment or project.

A lesson is typically an hour long, but I am very flexible to adjust this as required and happy to do have lessons as frequently as necessary.

Louisa is an excellent GIS tutor. She is knowledgeable, patient and really good at explaining complex GIS concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way. She takes the time to understand what you’re struggling with and adapts her teaching to suit your needs. I’d highly recommend Louisa to anyone looking to improve their GIS skills or build their confidence with GIS.
